CSI: Miami 1x05

So Netflix just got CSI: Miami for streaming online. Which is awesome because Netflix is only $8 a month and even on sale the first ten seasons would have been $100. But I noticed something in 1x05 that irked the shit out of me and that no one in the episode commented on.
