When someone makes fun of your religion, or religion in general, are you personally offended?

How much of a difference does it make if the snarker is a close friend or relative?

(This wasn't brought about by an argument. I've just been realizing how much atheist snark I've been posting on Facebook and realizing that most of my friends there are believers.)
