I should not be this bored.
Feb. 10th, 2012 05:02 amThere's a reason I haven't been posting much lately, and it's not just because I'm a lazy ass and (apparently) a bad online friend. It's because there's nothing much going on.
I get up sometime in the late morning or afternoon, and read fic/save icons/reblog shit to Tumblr, do some housework (something's wrong with the dishwasher and doing dishes manually tends to kill my back pretty quickly, and there's also basic cleaning and setting aside laundry for the next laundromat trip), and mostly more internet and when I have the give-a-damn I've disassembled my wall-o-wire-shelves and am sloooooowly putting them back together, and this time I'm using zip-ties to keep them together better because the shelving was kinda falling down and that was why I took them down in the first place.
So I'm sorry I haven't posted much, and this is probably my first real post since...I dunno, Christmas? And I've done just as badly keeping up with my flists (LJ and DW) as I was last year (and just switching to DW wasn't working because so much of the SPN fic I'm reading is on LJ), but it doesn't mean I don't care. I do, I'm just...kinda blah lately. Listless. Not actively bad, especially since I might get to go to Florida in March (yay road trip! and home!), but just...meh.
I may be more than halfway through my Bailey's as I write this.

So how are y'all doing, my fine friends? I'm sorry I haven't commented on much of anything lately. Also, (LJ)orbitaldiamonds is now being used as a gif blog of convenience. Because LJ won't transfer the paid status of that account to my (LJ)simonejester account because they suck. Especially since DW did the switch on their end in like...seconds. So (LJ)orbitaldiamonds is now a gif blog and I've been uploading images to the Scrapbook there and if anyone wants to hotlink from there they're welcome too because fuck LiveJournal and their buttinskyness anyway. I'm trying not to upload too many at a time because even though people are unfollowing me at a pretty steady clip there (I've unfollowed most of my former flist there), there are still people on whose flists my uploaded gifs would show up. (I don't know how to make gifs, so none of them are actually made by me.) So if you haven't unfollowed me as orbitaldiamonds yet and you want to, I promise I won't be offended. Or if you want to follow or bookmark for the gifs, that's cool too. If you want to send me new gifs here or there (especially stuff that makes for a good comment!gif), that's supercoolawesome.
