Loops & Threads Charisma. I really like working with this yarn but I'm almost out of it because I'm not supposed to be buying yarn, even when it's on sale because "frivolous spending." And I'm almost out of it. I'm keeping track of how much yarn I use up making hats and stuff and I "earn" one new skein of yarn for every two I use, but I can't buy the new ones until we're back in Florida and solvent, though I'll probably make a few exceptions for needing one more skein to finish up an already-started project.

Almost completely recovered from getting my wisdom teeth out. My mouth still feels weird but it's that absence of four teeth more than anything (though that is a bit uncomfortable so far). I had real food today for breakfast and dinner (didn't really have lunch), and chewing was kind of awkward. I guess it's gonna take awhile for the remaining teeth to get comfortable? I should have asked more questions before I went in for the procedure, but I think (I hope) they'll be calling for a follow-up. If not I'll call them myself. My wisdom teeth were the tip of the dental iceberg and I only have until Chris gets out of the army in the fall to get this shit taken care of.

Had a nice day otherwise. Chris and JL and I went to Syracuse to check out some adult stores (though we only got around to going to two, it's mostly the same stuff anyway and none of those places can hold a candle to Fairvilla anyway) and then we went to the mall and walked around for-freaking-ever (and I played some DDR) and was tired and cranky and just wanted to sit down so we went to The Melting Pot, which is in the big "Destiny USA" mall, but we didn't have a reservation (yeah, I know, WTF?, it's the freaking mall) so instead we went to Chili's because it's right next to our final Syracuse destination of Barnes & Noble, where I got a book on answers to weird but good questions (like the title, "What Did People Use Before Toilet Paper?") and Chris got some Star Wars books (yes, he's more Star Wars and I'm more Star Trek. It's a mixed marraige :P). And then we had a nice quiet drive home during which I (I mean my shameless self-insert OC, of course!) went to my daydream fic and hung out with Mycroft Holmes in the backseat of his fedmobile (Audi? Limo? Whatever the fuck it is that Mycroft gets around in) and had some quiet conversation and fell asleep on his shoulder because I Mina finds that setting soothing.
