Have decided I prefer Aleene's Tacky Glue to Mod Podge.
Well, for making beads anyway. Mod Podge has mad fumes and the tacky glue doesn't smell that different from Elmer's.
Gonna make beads until I run out of tacky glue, and then...more hats, I suppose. Or go out in the damaged car (Chris took his friend to the airport last month and on the way back hit a guard rail because of the what-feels-like-a-blizzard-to-our-Floridian-asses and while the car moves it doesn't move well and we're worried about driving it too much before it's repaired) to Wal-Mart and get more (I'd rather go to Michaels and get some of the new yarn I've "earned" but we got a Wal-Mart gift card for Christmas so we're gonna use that as much as we can because we were just getting into a better place financially before the accident and now we're back to being very careful what we get so I won't be getting new yarn for awhile anyway.), haven't decided.
(Sorry if that was hard to follow but that's a neat version of how my mind works. I'm often thinking of parentheticals within parentheticals and whichever fanfic daydream I'm thinking on [but rarely writing out, they're just self-inserts anyway] at any given time.)
ETA: Watching more CSI: Miami while making hats and...not to be too spoilery, but this should really be an NCIS case, not an MDPD case. For fucking serious.
